General Terms and Conditions
 
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to, and use of the online platform provided by ELTEZAM, a debt collection company based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM"), facilitating debt collection services and allowing Creditors and Debtors to track and resolve Delinquent Debts.
 
Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (age of consent is mentioned as per applicable law).
 
By accessing and using the ELTEZAM Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 
DEFINITIONS:
·       "Account": An account created by a User to access and use the ELTEZAM Services.
·       "Creditor(s)": Lenders to whom monies are owed.
·       "Debtor(s)": Persons or institutions that owe monies or third parties with the authority to discuss or negotiate the debt on behalf of such persons or institutions.
·       "Delinquent Debts": Loans made by creditors that are in delinquency or in default.
·       “ELTEZAM” means
·       "ELTEZAM Services": The online platform provided by ELTEZAM to facilitate and simplify debt collection services, allowing creditors to track and recover monies from delinquent or defaulted loans and debtors to resolve delinquent debts.
·       "User(s)": Individuals accessing and using the ELTEZAM Services, including creditors, debtors, or any other person or entity using the platform.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the ELTEZAM Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the ELTEZAM Services.
 
ELTEZAM SERVICES
ELTEZAM provides an online platform to facilitate debt collection services, enabling creditors to track and recover monies from delinquent or defaulted loans. Debtors, or authorized third parties, may use the platform to resolve Delinquent Debts.
 
ELTEZAM provides the ELTEZAM Services "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's functionality, accuracy, or availability. ELTEZAM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the ELTEZAM Services.
 
 
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
While Account registration is not mandatory to access certain features of the ELTEZAM Services, creating an Account is required for full functionality.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account information.
 
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the ELTEZAM Services.
Users must promptly update their information to ensure its accuracy. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their Account.
 
ELTEZAM'S ROLE
ELTEZAM serves as a facilitator between Creditors and Debtors, providing a platform for communication and negotiation. ELTEZAM does not guarantee the successful resolution of delinquent debts and is not a party to any agreements reached between Creditors and Debtors.
ELTEZAM does not provide legal advice. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding their specific situation.
 
 
COMPLIANCE WITH ADGM LAW:
All Users must comply with the laws and regulations of the ADGM.  ELTEZAM reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose any information necessary to comply with applicable laws.
 
COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise stated, ELTEZAM owns the copyright and any other rights in all material forming part of the ELTEZAM Services or  on this site.
You may print and download extracts from this site on the following conditions:  
·       the material on this site is for personal use or for use within an individual firm or organization;
·       any copies of material that you save to disk or to any other storage medium may only be used for subsequent personal viewing purposes or for viewing within the firm or organisation by which they were saved or stored;
·       any extracts which are printed may only be used for personal viewing or for viewing within the firm or organisation by which they were printed (subject only to the exception referred to at below); and
·       neither pages saved to disk or stored in any other way, nor extracts printed, may (subject to the exception referred to point below) be distributed to third parties or sold or otherwise circulated for profit.

ELTEZAM may collect, process, and store personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. ELTEZAM employs reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, users acknowledge that no online platform is completely secure.
 
CONFIDENTIALITY
ELTEZAM will maintain the confidentiality of all information received from Users to the extent required by applicable laws.  Users agree to keep all communications through the platform confidential.
 
FEES AND PAYMENT:
ELTEZAM will charge fees for certain services, and Users agree to pay all applicable fees.
Payment terms and methods will be outlined in separate agreements or communicated through the ELTEZAM Services.
 
TERMINATION
ELTEZAM reserves the sole right to terminate or suspend access to the ELTEZAM Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.  Users may terminate their Account at any time by contacting ELTEZAM.
 
THIRD PARTY POLICIES RELATED TO LINKS/ ADVERTISEMENTS
Third-party links and advertisements may be included on the site are. ELTEZAM has no liability which may be incurred as a result of using or accessing these third party links or advertisements.
 
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the ADGM.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ADGM courts. This website is governed by ADGM Regulations.
Dispute and Resolution Policy is as per the Governing laws and Regulations for ADGM.
 
AMENDMENTS:
ELTEZAM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the ELTEZAM Services or these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes to these Terms.
By accessing and using the ELTEZAM Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
 
 DISCLAIMER
ELTEZAM tries to ensure that the information on this site is correct, but ELTEZAM does not give any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy. ELTEZAM does not accept any liability for error or omission.
 
ELTEZAM is not liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to use this site, or any material contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such material.
